Founder Triage is a small tool I built for founders with a live product and weak conversion. You enter visitors, signups, activated users and paying customers for a recent period, and it compares each step with the one before to show which stage looks like the bottleneck. The quick check is free. A full written report is $39, and the first 10 founders get it free with a promo code. It's my own early project and it's rule-based, not AI.

Problem it solves
