  All email lists (and SMS lists) this key can access, each with list_id, list_name and list_type. Start here: most other tools need a list_id. GET /v2/list/all.

  Properties of one list: sender name and email, owner contact details, site, link parameters, send rate. The list secret is never returned. GET /v2/list/getProps.
