PDF Duplicate Review by Kastovia compares PDF batches locally in Chrome and exports groups, skips and errors as CSV. Byte-identical SHA-256 matches are separate from matching extracted-text candidates, which need visual review because images, signatures, forms and annotations may differ. Originals are never deleted, renamed or rewritten. Free batches support up to 10 PDFs; Pro v1 is €49 once including tax for up to 250 PDFs and up to three active browser installations. Pro batches require online licence verification. Limits include 20 MiB per PDF, 200 MiB per batch and 500 pages per PDF, plus processing budgets. No OCR, image comparison or automatic deletion.
Problem it solves
Manually comparing PDF batches can miss repeated files or confuse matching extracted text with identical visual content.
How it's different
Separates byte-identical matches from extracted-text candidates, keeps originals unchanged, and exports groups, skips and errors as CSV.
Features
- Local PDF batch comparison
- SHA-256 exact-file matches
- Extracted-text candidates for human review
- CSV groups, skips and errors
- Originals remain unchanged
