Your bloodwork, what you take and how you feel, on one timeline

Share

Upload a lab PDF and Dialedin Health reads it into individual markers, which you check before saving. Every report goes on one timeline, and the same marker from different labs becomes one line, even when the labs name it differently. Log what you take and when. Each result then sits next to what you were on at the time. A short daily check-in shows which of your levels line up with your better days. It works for men's and women's hormones, thyroid and metabolic health, and you don't need to be taking anything to use it. Sleep, heart rate and blood pressure can come in from your phone. Before an appointment you can export your history as a PDF for your doctor. You can try it first on a made-up person's data at https://dialedin.bio/demo. It is not medical advice and never suggests what to take. Free during the beta. After it there is a free plan, and the full app is a subscription at €9 a month or €59 a year.

Problem it solves

Lab results arrive as separate PDFs from different labs, so nobody sees the trend, or how it lines up with what you were taking and how you felt.

How it's different

Lab portals show one report from one lab. Symptom trackers don't know your bloodwork. Dialedin Health puts results from any lab, what you take and daily ratings on one timeline, and it never tells you what to take.

Features

  • Lab PDF import, checked by you before saving
  • One timeline across labs
  • Supplement and medication log
  • Daily check-ins for hormones, thyroid or metabolic health
  • What changed between two lab draws
  • Doctor PDF export

From the maker

It started as one person's spreadsheet: blood tests every few months, and the question of which results lined up with the weeks that felt best. Typing every PDF into a sheet and matching it against notes about what was being taken got old quickly, so we built a tool to do it. After a couple of years of using it on that data, we opened it up to other people. You can try it on a made-up person's data at https://dialedin.bio/demo, no sign-up needed.
