Dagmor turns completed customer call recordings into usable review work. Its Call Log keeps original recording names, audio and readable transcripts together. Teams can use their own review script or draft one from questions that recur in real calls. The work includes human review, agent Hero Scores, conduct and recording coverage reports, customer words between survey answers, and trends. Teams can also send completed calls and take the finished reports without using the review screens. The first campaign is free if you stop there; later campaigns cost €0.04 per recorded minute, rounded to the nearest euro.
Problem it solves
Listening to a small sample can miss what happened across completed calls. Recordings, transcripts, agent results and customer words need to stay together so a person can check the evidence.
How it's different
Dagmor keeps original recording names beside audio and transcripts, can draft a script from real calls, and gives conduct, coverage, Hero Score and trend reports. A team can simply send calls and receive reports.
Features
- Call Log with original filenames, audio and transcripts
- Own review script or one drafted from real calls
- Human review for uncertain findings
- Hero Scores for agents
- Conduct and recording coverage reports
- Customer words between survey answers
- Trends and simple finished reports
- Reports-only route: send calls and receive results
From the maker
I built Dagmor after seeing how much useful detail disappears when a team only listens to a handful of calls or keeps the score without the customer's words. You can work through calls in Dagmor, or just send the recordings and take the finished reports. Rickie Doherty, Dagmor founder.
